
I eat almonds as a part of a healthy breakfast or snack. My favorite are raw, unsalted almonds.

Taco Salad with veggie "meat crumbles".. It was as good as any taco salad except I didn't have taco sauce or salsa! Hotsauce it is!

A surprise snack from hubby when I was having a blood sugar meltdown at work.
